Born in Italy in 1968, Andrea spent his early years in a village close to the Alps. Growing up inspired by nature he turns his first love into his artwork become an illustrator and a wildlife artist.

As illustrator he’s pubblished by DeAgostini International (“Living Forests” 1998/2000) and by Kingfisher Publications in London with “The complete Book of the Night” 2001 and “The complete Book of the Seasons” 2002. His work has been awarded recognition at 4 editions of the Bologna International Children’s Book Fair in Italy and was the winner of 2nd Award and Prize at the Seoul International Illustration Contest in South Korea, 1997.

He has exhibited in Italy and mostly in England, including 6 selections in the National Exhibition of Wildlife Art (NEWA) and the Marwell Wildlife Art Society.

In 2002 his work was jury selected into the prestigious Royal Society of Marine Artists exhibition (RSMA) at the Mall Galleries in London and also
awarded the Gold Medal of The Wildlife Art Society International (TWASI) takeing part at their 15th Anniversary Exhibition held at the prestigious Nature in Art Museum in Gloucester, U.K. To have exhibited among some of the Top Wildlife Artists was just a dream become true!” Most Andrea’s paintings are now also available as Limited Edition Giclée Prints.
