A native of Ontario, Canada, Frank has been painting since 1970, his first showing involving 35 pieces was a sellout. Patrons and connoisseurs alike appreciate Frank's scientific accuracy, elemental to creating the movement and lush environment of his subjects.

Watercolor is the medium of his choice being "the most honest medium. It is very unforgiving, leaving little room for error." Frank has had a lifelong fascination for nature especially birds and their ability to fly. He is a keen supporter of The Trumpeter Swan Reintroduction Program in Canada.

His works are included in many collection around the world including Japan, Italy and England. The prestigious Leigh Yawkey Woodson Museum in Wausaw, WI., selected his work for the annual "Birds in Art" show in 1984, 1985, and 1992. His 1985 entry, "The Mocking Bird" is among the museum's permanent collection.
