Micah Hanson is an educator in southeastern Minnesota where he gets a chance to witness his subjects first-hand. He has experienced success in conservation stamp contests and continues to expand his range of subjects. Outside of painting he enjoys fishing and hunting, along with establishing conservation practices and plantings on his 80-acre farm. His accomplishments include the following:
